Only at Giftioni can you buy both single experiences and collections of activities that are available for redemption nationwide. If you know exactly what your recipient is dreaming about, choose that specific activity. We have a selection of packages that include choices of activities. All you need to determine is the type of emotion that you would like to bestow. Recipients will book the desired activity themselves.

  • How do I associate an experience with a gift box at hand?

It is easy. Simply give us a call and provide your reference number. The number can be found on the back of the box, or on the agreement that you received along with the first package. We can also identify you by asking an identification question. You can always e-mail us at support@giftioni.com for assistance.

  • How should I pay for the experience?

We offer you a variety of payment options, including all major credit card processing. You can also opt for an invoice that will come together with your new, replacement gift box after you ordered an experience gift.

  • Can recipients choose their own experience or should I purchase a specific one?

We deeply believe that gifts are more personal when they are specific. Therefore, if you know what the recipient desires, you can choose the exact experience.

If you know the type of activity your recipient prefers, but not sure if a specific experience will be the right fit, we recommend you choose a Selection Package (your recipient will have options to choose one experience from the variety).

You can always give a gift certificate that will arrive in the same package with your personal message. Gift certificates can be redeemed for any experience available on Giftioni website.

Still undecided? We recommend you purchase a Selection Package. You select a package, they choose desired experience. And remember, any experience can be exchanged over the phone. You can be confident that the experience you bestow is the perfect choice.

  • Should I select date and time of the experience at purchase?

You can choose to make reservation at purchase. In this case, please feel free to indicate the desired date and time at checkout.

Otherwise, the specific date and time can be selected by the recipient after purchase. Please note that purchased experience should be scheduled within a period of one year after purchase.

  • Can I book an experience through customer service?

Yes. It's simple. Just e-mail us at support@giftioni.com or call Giftioni at +1(310)909-7459, and we will take care of the rest. We make it easy to make reservation for any recipient. .

  • How can I find an expiration date?

The expiration date is one year from the date of purchase. You can email or call Giftioni if you are unsure of the expiration date for your gift. We recommend that recipients schedule their experiences as soon as they receive the gift.

  • What is your policy on returns and exchanges?

Returns and exchanges are easy and convenient.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Giftioni Inc., you may return it in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund. No questions asked.

We will process the return even if the box is heavily damaged. A $40 restocking fee will apply to returns where original condition is not present.

Refunds will only be made to the credit card of the original purchaser. Please make sure the activation code is still covered, as we cannot refund a purchase with a tampered activation code.

Outside the return and exchange policy, we can exchange unbooked experiences at any time prior to the expiration date, absolutely free. If the new experience has a different price, the recipient will agree to either pay the difference in cost for a more expensive experience, or the recipient will have an unredeemed balance remaining on recipient’s account. An exchange does not affect the expiration date of the original purchase.
